At SCENE SHANG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; therefore we accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
Merchandise should be unused and in original condition and packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt. Exchanged items will have to be of an equal or higher value than the original item, and you will be required to top up the difference. There will be no refund of any difference if the value of the exchanged item is lower than the original item. We apologise that we cannot accept any exchanges on sale items and custom orders. Please note that we do not accept refunds for all modes of payment, and reserve the right to decline exchanges based on condition of returned items.

You will then be advised to send your item to our flagship store at 263 Beach Road, Singapore 199542 or our workshop/warehouse at 28 Senang Crescent, #06-09, Singapore 416601.
There are certain situations where exchanges are not allowed:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Any item bought on sale or display, including those slated for delivery at a later date.
- Any item that is customised - this includes customised furniture orders and artwork.
Please note that we do not accept refunds for all modes of payment.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is damaged or defected due to manufacturer's error.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS / FURNITURE / ARTWORK
Customised items including furniture and artwork cannot be exchanged as they are built to your specifications. However, if the item is damaged or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos and we will get back to you soonest.
Generally, we do not allow exchanges for gift items. However, under certain discretionary circumstances, we may be able to exchange the gift item for something else of equal or lower value, or in store credits. Please ask us.
SHIPPING OR DELIVERY
Shipping or delivery costs for the exchange will not be borne by SCENE SHANG. Do consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If you are exchanging the item because it is damaged or defective, please email us at email@example.com first to inform us of the issue to make arrangements for the exchange.
