We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 28 Senang Crescent, #06-09, Singapore 416601.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For overseas customers, please take a picture of your received item and email us within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where exchanges are not allowed:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned or reported (applicable to overseas customers only) more than 7 days after delivery
We do not do refunds.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged unless the item is damaged or defected due to manufacturer's error.
Generally, we do not allow exchanges for gift items. However, under certain discretionary circumstances, we may be able to exchange the gift item for something else of equal or lower value, or in store credits. Please ask us.
To return your item for exchange, please bring your product to: 28 Senang Crescent, #06-09, Singapore 416601. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, do consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
