"We first created our coconut brittle as wedding favours for our friends, Diana and Will. Made with 100% coconut sugar, french butter, macadamias, almonds and finished with sea salt and desiccated coconut, we love its buttery fragrance and deep caramelised nuttiness. This brittle is made in small batches, hand-stretched and snapped into delicious shards. We particularly love it with coffee or crushed and sprinkled over ice cream. We hope you like it as much as everyone did at the wedding."
