SCENE SHANG is founded by two Singaporeans. Our founders spent some time travelling and living in Shanghai and various parts of China, and are currently based in Singapore. Read more about our story here.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed and assembled in Singapore. Parts are manufactured by craftsmen in various countries across Asia.
Do you have a physical retail space/ showroom?

Can your products be customized?

Yes, products are delivered in their assembled form.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes, we do accept reservations.

Our prices are in Singapore dollars.
How do I create an account?
Simply fill in your email address and contact details to create an account over here.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order. However, signing up for one is free and allows you to track the status of your order more easily. It also helps us to serve you better in the future.
How do I track my order?
What payment methods are accepted?
For online purchases, we accept credit card payment via PayPal, or payment through Paypal itself. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make such payments.
How will it be delivered to me?
If you are based in Singapore, we offer free doorstep delivery for homeware items (purchases above $1,800). For larger furniture items, reasonable delivery charges will apply. Please refer to charges below.
Are there any delivery charges?
Here are our doorstep delivery charges:
Odd-size items: $20
Large furniture: $70

How long will it take for my items to be delivered?
If stocks are available, your item will be sent to you within 3 working days.
If the item is a made to order item, it will take 4-10 weeks to be ready for pick-up or delivery. Please check each product's individual page for more specific delivery lead time.
Can I do a self-collection?
Yes, you can do a self-collection.
The pick-up address for all items is at our flagship store: 263 Beach Road, Singapore 199542.
Please make an appointment at least one day before heading down to any of our locations, by getting in touch with us at email@example.com.

Currently, we ship to the following:

If you do not see your country above, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you of the feasibility and charges to ship to your country.
How long will it take for my items to be shipped?
If stocks are available, it will be shipped out within 48 hours. While our shipping partners typically 5-7 working days to reach you, it will still be based on our shipping partner’s schedule and each country’s custom clearance.
We will however provide a tracking no for you to track your order.
If the item is a made to order item, it will take 4-10 weeks to be ready for shipment.
Can i exchange or return an item that is damaged?
SCENE SHANG will do our utmost to ensure that your item is packaged safely for international shipping. However, we will bear no responsibility should the item be damaged in transit.
We do not accept international exchanges/returns unless we have sent you the wrong item. If so, please contact us at email@example.com .
Can i change delivery information once an order is placed?
Yes you can provided the item tracking no. has not been given to you i.e. the item has not been shipped out. To change delivery details, please do so within 24 hours.

Can i cancel an order once it’s paid?
Unfortunately, in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it. If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.
What is the company’s exchange/ returns policy?
No returns and refunds are accepted. We only do exchanges for items that are damaged or defective within 7 days of purchase. Items must be exchanged in their unused condition with original packaging and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refer to the full exchange/returns policy here.
Can discounted items be exchanged?
All discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
